Looks like day 82 is where I'm calling 75 Hard Challenge and while I still have big goals and am going to continue the majority of the guildlines, 2 workouts, 45 mins a piece (one outdoor, one indoor) did not happen yesterday. I am not upset with myself. I got in a 6am Saturday gym session then prioritized deeping a connecection with my handsome husband on a rare getaway over a 45 minute outdoor workout.
Going forward, I am incredibly excited to no longer be doing two workouts a day on the weekends. Being a fitness professional, I have a strong theory that a rest day may actually improve my training 😉 so cheers to the next experiment!!
