We had a great time getting to work with Local 3 News to highlight some of the difficulties the pandemic has created with speech development in young children. Keep in mind that measuring your child against their peers may give you a screwed expectation. Our therapists use standardized assessments that measure development to pre-pandemic and research-backed standards.

There is some debate about how the use of masks has impacted children's learning and speech development.
