We have some exciting news at AGM Physical Therapy! Effective June 30th, our services will be merging with Lake Health. This will enhance our ability to provide the highest quality physical therapy and beyond, with access to greater resources than ever before. Dave Schordock is one of only 5 MDT certified Physical Therapist's in Lake County. Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) is often referred to as McKenzie Method, and is a well-researched, exercise based approach aimed at evaluating and treating patients without the use of expensive diagnostic imaging (e.g. x-rays and MRIs). The treatment principles of the McKenzie Method promote the body's potential to repair itself and do not involve the use of medication, heat, cold, ultrasound, or surgery. At AGM Physical Therapy, we are trying to ease your mind from the unrest outside. We have exclusively moved to Telehealth visits using our cell phones and/or tablets as a live video conference. We ARE STILL AVAILABLE and open on a daily basis - answering your call, and progressing your treatment plan to achieve your goals, just like you would if you were receiving a clinical treatment visit. In the interest of the health of our patients, employees, and families of all during this time, AGM Physical Therapy is closed effective March 23rd through April 5th. Our plan is to resume care in the office on Monday, April 6th. Stay healthy, and check for periodic exercise suggestions in the meantime!

To all AGM families: The well-being of our patients, families, and staff is AGM’s highest priority. With the recently elevated concern regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to take a moment to reinforce typical disease precautions and to reassure you that AGM has elevated our protocol for measures of cleanliness.

We are continuously monitoring the situation through both the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). While at this time, we’ve received no notifications that cancellations are required, we will move swiftly to do so if recommended.

As a courtesy to AGM patients and staff members, we are respectfully requesting that you postpone your own appointments at our facility if you are feeling ill, or have spent time with someone who has been ill with flu-like symptoms in the recent past.
