We find the medical experts for our attorney clients on a case by case basis. From initial contact with our attorneys and clients, the intake process is organized and streamlined for medical experts that are current in the specialty required for the case. For example, if there is an obstetric/gynecological case, it will be referred to our OB nurse. If a case has a nursing deviation, that nurse wil

l then take the case forward with an affidavit, deposition, etc. If a timeline or report is required, the nurse who performed the review fills that need. This saves both the attorney and client money and time since there is no need to find another nurse active in that specialty to do what has already been accomplished. If there is no nursing deviation in a case, recommendations will be made and/or the proper expert will be retained.
