I am Dr Charles Manda, a Licensed Pastoral Counselor in the State of Kentucky. I am the author of the prestigious book: Re-authoring Life Narratives After Trauma: A Holistic Narrative Model of Care. I have specialist training in clinical pastoral counseling with a Ph.D. in Pastoral Family Therapy from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. I also have over 4,000 hours of Clinical Pastoral coun

seling practice in hospitals. I use pastoral counseling and psychotherapy to help individuals, families, or groups as they cope with pressures and crises of life, or as they seek answers to spiritual questions. As a field of practice, Pastoral Counseling is an approach to mental health care that draws its wisdom from psychology and the behavioral sciences alongside spirituality. That is why I work with people with organized religion, and also those without because a human being is a spiritual being. We all have spiritual questions that need answers. You must find answers to your spiritual questions. Studies show that spiritual well-being has a significant impact on key health measures. For example, it reduces despair, anxiety, depression, the wish to die, and improves the quality of life. Feel free to schedule an appointment.
