Hi—Meaghan here! Here are some of my favorite ways to enhance digestive health naturally👇👇

🌸 Prioritize warm, cooked food and limit raw, cold, and iced food & drinks
🌸 Incorporate grains like brown rice & oats into diet
🌸 Limit foods that may lead to "dampness," such as excess dairy, sugar, or fried foods
🌸 Exercise moderately to move qi
🌸 Manage stress & anxiety
🌸 Eat without distractions and avoid overeating
🌸 Get regular acupuncture to help regulate the nervous system to further support digestion
