Last call for votes! We have absolutely loved getting to display the art of all our friends from West Plains advanced art class but we need to wrap up the contest to decide our OKD wall winner. Stop bye to vote or don’t forget to vote if you are coming in this week or next for an office visit! Voting ends on June 13!

Please come to our office’s first annual Ozark Kids Zizzer Artist Gala tonight, May 6, from 6:00-7:00 pm and meet with the young artists that made these fabulous pieces of art and vote for your favorite one to be displayed for the year on our designated Zizzer Wall. Voting will go on for two weeks so if you are unable to make it tonight, you can be sure to pop in during office hours and vote another time.

As we slowly are growing into our new building, we are trying to find furniture and pieces of art that resonate with us. Since we have so many Zizzer friends coming through our doors, we thought a Zizzer Wall would be a fun addition to our office. So we reached out to the advanced art class taught by Audrey Scott and sponsored her students to create a piece of art to hang on our wall. As we discussed what to have done, we decided it would be fun to have a competition and the piece of art that received the highest number of votes would be displayed on our “Zizzer Wall of Fame” for a whole year until it will be replaced with next year’s competition. We look forward to starting the tradition and invite members of the community to come vote for their favorite piece while the top 11 pieces of art are displayed. The competition will commence on May 6th at 6 pm in our new office where we will hold a small Artist Gala where the artists will be there to discuss their pieces of art with those in attendance. All are welcome and we look forward to seeing our friends there!
