That’s what she told me when she joined the Keto Mastery Program (KMP).⁠

And when I saw her initial labs... I about fell off my chair.⁠
I knew they might be low — but not that low.⁠
No wonder she was feeling wiped out.⁠

But her fatigue and labs? Brushed off and ignored..⁠
“𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗣𝗞𝗗, 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆.” ⁠

I do, you should see my costume closet! 😂⁠

What I don't love is how dietary choices can impact your bones with PKD. ⁠

Some dietary patterns lead to calcium being pulled from your bones (no thanks!).⁠
