Is there no common sense and or logic left any more? Attorneys “Sighhh” 🤕 we’re all feeling it. Not to worry!

With the ever changing and constant bombardment of confusing new news and information daily now when it comes to real estate and the NAR settlement comes new opportunities!

Open Houses are Great Again! The old/new Gold… Platinum or should we say Bit Coin? 🤔 When it comes real estate?

They are a true testament of time, evergreen as far as the industry and a renewed sense of hope.

At least for now they are the “Kryptonite” to all this confusion in the industry and at the moment the only way a potential buyer will be able to see a property WITHOUT a prior agreement in place. Whether that’s a Touring Agreement, Showing Agreement, Buyers Broker Agreement or whatever the hell else Agreement they throw at us until they make up their mind and get it right.

Also Open Houses is still one of the ONLY times a potential buyer you’ve never had a chance to meet would be coming to you directly in person for a chance for you to make a valuable impression, share your knowledge, build rapport and gain trust.

The opportunities are there with the platform and community of agents and brokers growing more and more everyday!
