Here's a great recipe. One of my favorites.

Creamy Pumpkin Sugar Scrub

2 cups brown sugar
1/2 pumpkin puree
1/4 cup grape seed oil
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon or 6 drops essential oil
1/4 tsp ground clove or 6 drops of essential oil.
Dash apple cider vinegar for preservative.

Combine brown sugar and pumpkin in a medium size bowl and mix well. The brown sugar will become creamy.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Put in jars and store in cool dry place. (16 oz)

Apply on body and massage gently on skin until skin is exfoliated. You may also use on face.
