Wondering what to expect for you Warm LED Red Light appointment? Here's 3 tips to help you prep before your treatment!

➡️ Plan Ahead!
At your very first appointment with us, you will receive your first Red Light treatment. Showing up either wearing or having a change of nude/pastel under garments and filling out your paperwork you receive via email allows us to get proper measurements and allows us plenty of time for your treatment.

➡️ Avoid Caffeine/Sugar!
By avoiding consuming caffeine and sugar, you're helping your body to focus on draining it's lymphatic system rather than processing these extra compounds. Alongside that, our treatments are very relaxing, lying under the light in 8-20 minute intervals over an hour. Lean into the relaxation and wind down for that hour!

➡️ Hydrate!
A hydrated body is a happy body! We tend to see better results when you're properly hydrated. You need the proper amount of water intake for your body to run efficiently; it helps to flush your system easier. About half your body weight in ounces daily is what we suggest!
