On March 21, we gather for a Yoga Nidra Sound Bath at Heart Center Yoga Studio in Albuquerque to release the old, reset the nervous system, and plant new intentions with care and clarity. Through guided meditation and immersive sound, we’ll create space for transformation and welcome the season of balance and renewal.
