Join us on Saturday, July 5th, 2025, from 2–3 PM for another deeply relaxing Crystal Sound Bath at the beautiful new Marlborough Public Library.

🖤❤️💛💚 Today We Remember. Today We Honor. Today We Celebrate.

It’s Juneteenth. A day that marks freedom, hard fought, long delayed, and still unfinished.

For me, this day is about standing in truth, acknowledging deep roots of injustice, and holding space for healing. It’s about honoring Black voices, stories, art, joy, and resilience.

And it’s about action, not just words.

I’m committed to learning, listening, supporting Black communities, and unlearning the systems that cause harm. We can all do better. We must.

Today, I invite you to take a moment, to reflect, to educate, to amplify, to celebrate. Freedom should never be partial. It should be for everyone.

A huge THANK YOU to the Marlboro Public Library for hosting such an incredible event yesterday! Over 40 beautiful souls showed up for the sound bath I had the honor of guiding and wow, what an experience. 🧘‍♀️🔔

For many, it was their first-ever sound bath, and watching the room settle into deep rest and resonance was pure magic. There’s something powerful about coming together to pause, breathe, and just be.

From the warm welcome to the packed house, I’m beyond grateful. Let’s definitely do this again soon. 🙏

Financial abuse has a direct impact on the survivor, but that's not where the economic impact ends.

A total of eight millions day of paid work are lost by survivors of domestic violence each year. This is the equivalent of 32,000 jobs. To empower domestic violence survivors in the workplace, companies must recognize how they can take proactive steps to support their employees. This support can be a win-win for their business and community.
