Wow…I told myself I would never share this picture someone snapped of me…now I’m sharing it with everyone with just one click! 😳

That was the old me. I was tired. I was physically and emotionally exhausted. I was mentally drained. I didn’t care about exercise, and I didn’t care what I ate. I was going through the motions of my day to get to the next day.

I’m going to be really open and honest, and it would mean a lot if you read this. Getting older has made losing weight so much harder - especially the belly fat and love handles. I’ve actually had success losing weight before, but I really struggle with staying consistent. Even though I am In a health and wellness company, with all the travel, I have struggled staying on track.
