“My mind is preoccupied with past thoughts.”
Today on the mat, I remembered:
We often don’t see what is—we see what was.
Old fears, old stories, old reactions quietly shape how we show up.
But the breath is our invitation back.
Back to the body.
Back to the present.
Back to peace.

Right now, I am safe. Right now, I am enough.
