Greetings Everyone,
I am very sad to announce the passing of Dr. David Stika for those who have not heard yet. He passed away on July 15th, 2024.
He is going to be having a Celebration of life on AUGUST 18TH Sunday at 2pm at the UNITY Church in Madison 601 Tompkins Dr, Madison, WI 53716. NOT written in stone yet, but 90% sure.

We are welcoming anyone to please bring a drink or food to pass. We will have a tub of punch and water, cookies and whatever else we can drum up, as this is a celebration of his life!

We know so many want to be there but can't but it sure would be nice to have you and I know he will too! He's around believe me! 🥰

These two Mediums have been all over Wisconsin sharing messages & from loved ones' on the other side! Combined These to Mediums have over 50 years of experience! This will be a super fun and amazing event. Do not expect these little elves to behave! Tickets would make a perfect Christmas Present!

May 14th and 15th
I prefer later the better due to weather. I need to give them a definite in a week so please let me know which dates work for you.

I was able to manage 4 inch mini Sandwiches for the vendors and a couple veggie sandwiches for those Vegetarians! Thank you Milio's Your the Greatest!!! They will be available around 11 am.

SET UP TIME: Sunday 8 am, I will be there by 7. I will only have a chair to mark you space with so please stay within your allotted space footage. Remember to bring your masks or shields.
ENTRANCE: Front door for set up, please move your vehicle promptly after un loading.
BAG STUFFERS: Don't forget to bring your items, coupons, etc for our 25 gift bags for our first 25 people!
FOOD:
I have some baked goods, Apple Cider, Hot Chocolate, soda and bottled Spring water Available, Everything only $1 ea.. I will try to bring some iced Spring water for the vendors.
You may want to bring a lunch unless I can still get us a food vendor or sandwich platter for our vendors. Other wise there are many places to order from who deliver.
Such a GREAT VARIETY OF VENDORS, & PRACTITIONERS!!! I am very excited, Don't forget your Silent Auction Items. I got FEW REALLY NICE ITEMS FROM THE LOCALS FOR OUR AUCTION. We may do DOOR PRIZES not sure yet, if I get time to get it all together. I have to bring 2 vehicles to get everything there, lol

ANYONE KNOW SOMEONE WHO MAY LIKE TO SELL PUMPKINS HERE? LET ME AND THEM KNOW. It would be a nice festive addition. I know we got some cool wood and knome people who plan to do some festive decor and more! We even have someone selling hats and scarves, Stones & Crystals, Orgonite Pyramids, Dragons, Witches, Protection Sprays, and of course Readers and Healers, Perm. Face Inking, Supplements, organics and so much more!!! This is such a cool and uniquely mixed event, I just LOVE IT!!! See you soon

There will be some yummy home made Muffins, brownies and cookies, along with Pepsi, Brisk Tea, Root Beer and Water, and some nice festive Apple Cider and Hot chocolate, debating on hot apple cider... any votes on that or will cold apple cider be good? A show of hands on how many will par take. Pretty sure everything will be $1-$2 I know it is mostly snacks but want to make sure there is something on site that is safe and allowed for us to serve, Everything will be individually wrapped for your safety.
We MIGHT have Milio's subs, and if not we will be placing some orders for our vendors, there is a lot the area has to offer where food is concerned. Anyone know any farmers who may want to sell Pumpkins and festive fresh items? ??? tell them to contact me!

Many are asking what the MASK Policy is going to be, but that is hard to say at this time. Sauk County/Baraboo does not have mandate at this time, BUT, I am sure it would make our guests feel safe if you do or have some sort of covering at your booth, hand sanitizer and wipe things down that are touchable. As of right now there is not a mandatory Mask order. We will be doing as we did last year and checking temps and supplying Sanitizer at the door. Masks will also be available for purchase at the door incase you forget yours. I have someone who helps me who has emphazema so he stays behind a shield I purchased for my booth, some food vendors have plastic hanging in front of theirs. Be creative with it. Last year I had to keep calling the health Dept. to see if we were still able to hold the fair as we held it during the height of c19 and no one caught the C19 from our event, so we did a great job!!!
We wish to make everyone feel safe, so mind each other space, try to stay 6 feet apart, for those who don't wish to wear a mask, please cover your mouth if you must be right next to someone. I will post more as we get closer as new ideas and recommendations come up all the time. We will try to do our best to be safe.

SEPTEMBER 11th Fair has been CANCELLED,

I will be contacting those who sent in their money and contracts about a refund or if you would like to use it toward another event. Contract confusion issues.

also LOOKING FOR A FOOD VENDOR for the BARABOO Holiday Fair event to be able to serve Breakfast and LUNCH for all.
We could use one for Sauk City, out side or prewrapped foods inside.
We have Nov. h Holistic Fair called Kindred Spirit Fair, also going on, NOV. and we have all sorts of vendors there, It's Called The BARABOO HOLIDAY FAIR in Baraboo. Please let me know if you would like a spot there. We love Jewelry, Stones, Healthy and natural products and other creations, along with nice fresh foods

IMPORTANT UPDATE!!!
I may have to cancel Sept 11 Kindred Spirit Fair, as the Sheraton never received my confirmation even though I sent it. I am noticing Gmail isn't always sending my mail for some weird reason, but there were not enough vendors/practitioners either to afford to do the event, so refunds may be going back to vendors who did sign up, unless you would like me to apply it to another event.. Let me know. I will be contacting you soon once I am sure. IF YOU WERE INTERESTED IN DOING THE MADISON FAIR CONTACT ME ASAP, as only having enough vendors will encourage me to once again secure the date, as I still have time to do so. It is quite costly in Madison, so I do need to know this ASAP or I will allow the cancelling of this event to happen. All others are still on. Need to know by Aug. 1st NO LATER. Thank you.

I just have to show you what I've been feverishly working on for the last 48 hours we have yesterday's set and the day before is set of items we have the room board and ruins comes with a pouch and instructions then I have multiple pendants and many organized items and pyramids and most of them glow in the dark beautiful coaster sets and I make to order if you have a special color in mind, hamza's incense holders trinket holders and phone stands, glow in the dark Buddhas that are Orgonite (protection, EMF), really cool bookmarks for yourself or those back to schoolers, leaf ashtrays or can be used as trinket holders and so much more! I am working on a special pyramid right now super energy charged. Let me know if there's anything I can create for you or if you are interested in any of these cool items and don't forget I have protection mirrors and many other items that I've already made such as pyramids and multiple sizes hair clips earrings and more pendants all organite-based.
