Join our Pelvic Floor Therapist, Lactation Consultant and Acupuncturist for an educational Delivery and Post Partum Class!!

Things you will learn during the Delivery and Post Partum Class:
1. A variety of delivery positions
2. Exercises to alleviate lower back pain and decrease risk of tearing
3. Different ways your partner can help during delivery
4. Important things to know for Post Partum Recovery
5. Learn about breastfeeding, sizing for pumps and milk supply
6. Infant massage techniques to help with your baby digestion and colic baby protocols

Making a DINO box! One of our most popular boxes. Like the unicorn box, this has evolved over time to be as valuable and fun as possible.

I’ve added a couple more things to the box before any went out because I just couldn’t help myself! Also included a marker in each so that parents can write their child’s name on the wooden pieces (I’m sure they have better handwriting than me 😉).
