In my work with clients, I say that these patterns are not good/bad or right/wrong. We notice whether or not these patterns are working or not working.

They are usually automatic behaviors that are very ingrained, but it is worth evaluating whether or not they are helping or hurting your relationships.

it’s fun to find a mascot. 🤗What animal do you identify with most and why?

For me, as a 2, I like the elephant. Watching and noticing who in my herd needs help, making sure my crew is okay. On my unhealthy days, being too aggressive into other people’s space.
