REI (universal) KI (life energy)
What is Universal life energy? The energy that exists in all living things. When this energy has been blocked or is not flowing due to emotional or physical pain. In time if not released this can cause blocks,illnesses and dis-comfort in the body. Reiki aims to help the flow of energy and remove the blocks. Improving the flow of energy to the body causing relaxation to ease the dis-comfort, speed up healing and reduce other symptoms of illness.
