2022 was amazing, stressful, fulfilling, crazy, and so many other emotions and experiences. Can’t wait to see what 2023 brings.

One thing for sure… I won’t let my peace go ever again☺️

Today is bitter sweet, like I suppose all Fathers Day will be 🥹…

while I will forever miss my first true love - I am grateful for my forever love.

Grateful that I had and our children, have - a father who is perfectly imperfect, and loves his children deeply.

Being dependable, caring, wise, thoughtful and strong…

Instilling life values and lessons…

Holding on but letting go…

Being a rock, a shoulder and an ear…

Whew! I’m just grateful🥰

Reflection…this resonated with me today.

As I think about my personal journey and the journey of those around me, it is increasingly apparent that healing is impossible while you are in the throws of the madness.

Removing yourself from toxic situations takes courage and strength. Staying in the place that causes you pain does not make you stronger🤔.

Consider what is holding you in bo***ge and remove yourself immediately. Find the place which brings you joy, positive vibes, good energy and peace… that is where you will thrive💫

Are you taking full advantage of the power you have? I am not talking power in the sense of physical strength, but that power that comes from within your spirit, deep down in your soul. The power that whispers in your ear, "you can do anything", "you are an overcomer", "you've got this"... the power that arises when you are faced with a challenge, obstacle or conflict - that surpresses all fear and allows you to trust in who you are and what you bring to the world - I see your power.

People often try to focus on improving their self-confidence so they can show up as the best version of themselves. Well here's a hint, you can't do that if you haven't done the deep work necessary to heal from the trauma of your past. Esteem breeds confidence and can only be found in the light of peace and positivity, which requires a release from the darkness of everything that is weighing you down.
