🎆 Be Safe This 4th of July! 🇺🇸
Fireworks are not allowed in the City of Los Angeles and many parts of LA County — even the ones that say “safe and sane.”

🚫 Fireworks can hurt people, start fires, and get you a fine.

Here’s how to stay safe:
✅ Go to a public fireworks show with your family
✅ Keep pets inside so loud noises don’t scare them
✅ Call 911 only if it’s a real emergency. Use 311 to report fireworks.

Los Angeles County Fire Department has a list of shows that you can enjoy safely herehttps://fire.lacounty.gov/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/2025-PUBLIC-FIREWORKS-DIRECTORY_06182025.pdf

🍼 Moms, it’s Time to Check In on You 💙

After having a baby, it’s important for you to see the doctor — even if everything seems okay. A postpartum visit can help make sure you’re healing, feeling well, and getting answers to any questions.

Fathers and partners, you play a powerful role. Come along to the visit — it helps you both feel supported and prepared to care for your new baby together. Think of it as a family check-in ✨

📍We’re here for you— whether you had your baby with us or not. Call your doctor to schedule an appointment or visit our women’s health page at dhs.lacounty.gov/womens-health

Because healthy moms mean healthy families. 💛
