Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Sales Manager to drive the sales of our HMIS software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare IT, proven sales expertise, and a passion for delivering technology-driven solutions to healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote HMIS software.
Identify and target potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software benefits.
Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to address client requirements.
Achieve sales targets and generate regular reports on sales performance.
Stay updated on market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience preferably in healthcare IT( HMIS)
Strong understanding of HMIS software and healthcare workflows.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
