Founded in 2018 based on a gap in the trauma shear community. There was a lack of quality steel and a disparity in high prices. We got away from the tradition J2420 Utility steel and the mid grade 440HC that our competitors use. Their properties were missing out on high corrosion resistance, blade retention, hardness, and quality coatings. Hince, we came up with the Extreme Heavy Duty Steel™ ONE SHEAR coated in DLC (Diamond) Coating.

Our steel used is considered to be one of the highest premium category steels. It is known for its high hardness allowing it to cut more difficult objects and great edge retention for longevity cutting. Our next premium material is our high-end DLC (Diamond) Coating. This coating is the best in industry providing several sought after properties including high hardness, reinforces steel, scratch resistant, corrosion resistant, and matte black finish. We saw a lot of our competitors using titanium which is a relatively inexpensive common coating with minimal useful properties. Our competitors typically say it is there for color as it doesn’t protect the steel. Our G9 Handle materials are able to be autoclave and lightweight. If you look at the handles they are very neutral allowing them to cut ambidextrously which is a first in the industry. Our last great addition was the built in Oxygen wrench for our EMS crews who lost their keys. A all in one solution and the ONE SHEAR You Will Ever Need™!
