My hometown hosts a "Winter Frolic" every year to celebrate winter and offers our community lots of fun activities to cultivate closer connections and there are numerous food vendors drink specials at the local bars, contests, outside bean bag toss competitions a medallion hunt, sliding hill, smores, craft fair and so many great ways to have winter fun. This year they had fireworks too! I am lucky enough to be able to stand on my sidewalk right out my front door and enjoy the show! Winter can be cold, snowy and a time for being cozy inside...but it can also be a great time to enjoy nature and embrace the ice and snow. Spring is just around the corner. ❄️🎆🎇🎊
