They found that drinking it every day helped significantly decreased the amount of damaged DNA in white blood cells. I’ve tried this recipe with regular cocoa powder I don’t know why our chocolate power boost makes it so much better;it really does. Bought too many avocados so I made this as a treat for tonight. I also made a little crusts out of peanut butter pecans and dates.

2 ripe avocados, pits removed
4 tablespoons cocoa power boost
1 tablespoon h**p seeds, optional
1/2 cup milk, I prefer unsweetened vanilla almond milk (homemade is best)
4 tablespoons pure maple syrup or local honey is best
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (I started making my own)
