Mental health services

Community events:

Transportation is often the biggest barrier for people re-entering the community after incarceration or entering early recovery. Thanks to the Community Foundation, we’ve been able to bridge the gap and keep people connected to the support they need to thrive.

Their impact is real, several individuals got jobs, entered treatment, obtained ID, and reconnected with recovery thanks to a simple bus pass.
