📌Try saying “no” to a few unimportant activities and/or less screen time (do we really need to check our phones as often as do?). You will have more time to prioritize YOU. When we are filling our time with “stuff”, we can’t focus on ourselves and our wellbeing. Is there a healthy habit you’ve been wanting to incorporate into your life or do more of? If you’re thinking “even if I had a few minutes, I don’t even know what I’d like to do”; I’d ask you to think about what gives you joy…makes you feel accomplished?🤔
