Trish specializes in helping people navigate depression, anxiety, and trauma. She uses practical, effective techniques to help people build strength and develop healthy ways to cope. As the founder and CEO of Noel Integrated Services (NIS), established in July 2020, Trish leads a practice offering behavioral health, addictions counseling, and life coaching services for those seeking overall wellness and a better quality of life. She believes that no one should have to face this journey alone. Here mantra is "We are on this journey together."
