Memorial Day marks the unofficial start of summer. But as we gather with friends and family to enjoy the long weekend, we encourage everyone to also take time to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice to safeguard our freedoms.

Ahhh, spring! There might still be some nasty weather here and there, but as things warm up, we get to venture out and enjoy more of our favorite outdoor activities.

Unfortunately, that also means bug and poison plant interactions, tree pollen allergies and “active” injuries from resuming yardwork and physical recreation overlap with the tail-end of cold and flu season.
