In 2023, hosted the “Screen Smart” event at , bringing mindfulness and technology together under the premise of promoting healthy-screen usage. The choice of venue was everything, driving the event message forward with clarity and passion. The “where” when it comes to hosting an event is always a key decision.
THE ACTIVITIES
went all-out on workshop variety and guest interaction opportunities. From panels and talks on digital detox strategies to guest speakers and wellness sessions - yoga, meditation, and mindfulness training in tranquil outdoor spaces - guests received valuable information in a way that encouraged total balance, inner peace, and relaxed learning. Acoustics, textiles, natural foliage, indoor intimacy: each environment at worked with the senses to effectively hone in on the event’s message and the host’s vision.
THE SETTING
Located in the heart of Miami’s Wynwood district, is easily accessible and surrounded by a vibrant cultural scene. It’s a modern space with minimalist architecture that injects a sense of calm and tranquility into any event. Clean lines, open spaces, and an abundance of natural light inspire introspection and personal development. The serene indoor areas allowed to run a range of focused workshops, interspersed with moments of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. The advanced audio-visual technology facilitated the delivery of seamless presentations and engaging discussions.
Our in-house culinary team was also on-hand to create and serve a nutritious display of organic refreshments, complementing the event’s theme and keeping participants happy and active. HiVibe at The Sacred Space: The HiVibe Plunge
On October 14, 2023, HiVibe at The Sacred Space hosted the HiVibe Plunge, a unique event designed to invigorate both the body and mind through the transformative power of cold immersion therapy.
Event Highlights:
Guided Breathwork Session: The event began with a guided breathwork session led by a certified instructor. Participants learned breathing techniques to prepare their bodies for the cold plunge, enhancing oxygenation and promoting relaxation.
Cold Immersion Therapy: Following the breathwork, participants experienced the cold plunge, immersing themselves in specially prepared ice baths.
