Their manager contacted me in time and offered me another provider who seems more experienced in cross culture context. While waiting for their response to my request, I found I need to take a longer rest before dealing with ADHD again, but I appreciate their intent to care about patients feeling and voice. I’ve changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars.
