This Sunday, we gather for a powerful launch experience of a multi-week program: Crossing Collective facilitated by spiritual and community leader, Nelson González.

Sunday's launch workshop is titled: Two-Spirit Paths of Devotion that Move us from Pain to Purpose

Join Two-Spirit elder Tihikpas (Esselen Tribe) and Nelson González for a multi-modal workshop exploring how q***r people have long been recognized as sacred — as healers, seers, protectors, and ceremonial leaders.

Through movement, meditation, ritual, and creative practice, we’ll begin reconnecting to spiritual rhythms that ground us, restore us, and call us into service.

This is more than a workshop — it’s the beginning of a collective rooted in belonging, healing, and ancient wisdom made accessible for q***r people today.

HeartLab continues to grow! 💛 As we begin launching our membership model, we're looking for someone to step in as:

MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR
Someone who loves people, gatherings, and helping community flourish.
This person will be a core connector in the HeartLab ecosystem. You'll help host coworking days, support community-led gatherings, manage our WhatsApp channel, and be a welcoming presence for members and attendees. In many ways, this role is about helping the HeartLab community feel alive, connected, and cared for.

This is a part-time (5–10 hrs/week), Bay Area–based hybrid role with a stipend and community benefits/perks:
– $400/month stipend
– Free access to all events
– Free coworking + space rental
– Opportunity to grow with us

We opened our doors for our very first Coworking Day at HeartLab this past Friday and it felt really special! People settling into cozy corners to have friendly conversations and do focused productive work.

We’re doing it again this Friday, and every Friday from 9am to 5pm. Come co-work, read, write, build, or simply be in a space that supports you.

With a $20-30 sliding scale day pass, you get:
· Fast Wifi
· Soft lounge music
· Access to the entire space: daybed, large open space, cozy loft
· Complimentary teas and coffee
· Floor chairs + lap tables
· HeartLab staff on-site for support

HeartLab has a truly special 2-day residency this week with Master Sound Practitioner, Clare Hedin, one of the founders of San Francisco's Institute of Psychoacoustics Sound Healing Training program. We are SO lucky to welcome Clare!

Join us first on this Thursday evening for our HeartLab Signature Community Event where Clare will lead us in Swimming in the Sound, a creative exploration and journey of consciousness and connection through the community sound field. Experience sound games, deep listening, connecting to the earth of your soul, and being in community.
