Five self-care habits to start implementing today!

Our favorite is the last one.

💚STOP COMPARING💚

Comparison is the thief of joy. It can rob you of the most precious moments.

This can be so hard to implement, especially with social media, and the ability for people to show you only what they WANT you to see.

The best thing you can do is remember that social media is NOT real life. Comparing your whole world to a snapshot you see on Instagram or Facebook is not healthy, nor realistic.

Sometimes taking a step back or a break from social media can be a great way to restore your mental health.

But, comparisons can occur even without social media.

Just remember we don’t see everything. You never know what the full picture looks like unless you are living it!
