🩶 Have you ever been asked to consider what is in your control and what isn't? Thinking about what's out of your control or what is not your responsibility doesn't mean don't worry about it. There's still a whole lot of grief in knowing we can't do it all. We can't fix it all.

Yet, when we can create some space between ourselves and the weight of the world on our shoulders, we increase our capacity to breathe. To care for ourselves. To tend to our lives, our families, or communities. We increase our capacity to feel and to heal and to find solutions. We increase our capacity to live.
