In the rush of daily living, our schedules fill quickly, as do our minds. For centuries, people have turned to sound as medicine, an ancient way of finding calm in the chaos. By becoming still, loosening our grip, and releasing tension, we create an opening for joy.
Join us for a deeply relaxing sound bath, led by meditation, breathwork, and EFT facilitator Amy Rutledge. Let go of what no longer serves and call in joy. The healing sounds of crystal and Tibetan sound bowls, chimes, rainsticks, and other resonant instruments will wash over us with their soothing vibrations and harmonic frequencies, inducing deep relaxation, inner peace, and a renewed sense of well-being.
Note: Please prepare a comfortable, calm space for yourself—including a blanket to cover yourself, an eye mask, and anything else you might need to feel safe and relaxed.
