NOTICE OF CLOSURE- Effective July 25, 2023 Abney Amstutz Eye Center Horse Cave will permanently close from the practice of eyecare. If you were a patient of Abney Amstutz Eye Center and would like your records, please contact Abney Amstutz Eye Center Horse Cave at 270-786-2085 by July 25, 2023. Records will be available at the Leitchfield Location after July 25. It has been a privilege to serve the eye care needs of the clients in our community.

The office is open every Tuesday and some Thursday’s until July 25th.

If you have been seen in the last 3 years you will be receiving a letter soon in the mail giving more details for records retrieval.
