"12 years ago today, I was fighting for my life after a ruptured brain aneurysm. I was in a coma for 1.5 months, and doctors weren't sure if I would survive. But I didn't give up. I dug deep, found my inner strength, and with God's blessing, here I stand.

I'm celebrating my 12-year stroke-aversary and reflecting on the incredible journey I've been on. It hasn't been easy, but it's been worth it. I've learned so much about myself, and I'm stronger than I ever thought possible.

If you're facing challenges, know that you're not alone. I've been there, and I understand the pain and frustration. But I also know the power of resilience and the strength that lies within us all. Believe in yourself, find your inner strength, and let's go BEYOND the shattered pieces. Together, we can rebuild our lives and create a brighter future.

Update: to all those awesome people that chipped in for my cool Lego set, I want you to know that it’s being worked on and it’s kicking my ass! (In a good way) this thing is insanely complex, I’m building the full on transmission with gears, gears and more gears. I needed a small break from it and put together this cute little “Groot” now that he’s done I can get back to it. Thanks everyone, happy holidays!

Ok, this is a big moment for me! I created a rehab video 4 years ago, well it’s long overdue but I finally got around to making a more curretly updated video! I made this to give hope, inspiration and hopefully motivate some of you. I posted a few links if y’all want to set up some kind of inexpensive home workout space to help improve your physical therapy. Had yet another HUGE moment in this wild journey of mine. Finally got my 1000 pc puzzle all framed up nicely! Started it back in back in 2017 when I was bad shape still (had an even worse 5 years beforehand). This thing took 5 long hard months and now this! And to top it off there is a quote from the Bible “in the beginning God created the heavens and the earth” (genesis 1:1)
