Welcome to my private practice FB page. This is where you will find information about me, my theory about counselling as well as costs and insurance. I have been a psychotherapist in private since Sept. 2011. Some of my experiences have included multiple years working in su***de and crisis prevention, high risk adults in community based services and several years working for the NYS Office of Mental Health. My areas of experience are unique and varied. They include working with:
*individuals and families who have loved ones with a serious mental health condition
*traumatic/complicated grief
*individuals diagnosed with bipolar and other serious mental health conditions
*couples on a limited basis due to time constraints

I work with adults 18 years and older. Currently, I am in-network with: HIghmark, Fidelis, Tricare (Humana), Univera and Cigna. I am also a provider with several local and national employee assistance programs. I am now linked with Headway for additional insurance options:

Rates are as 2024 (in person or telehealth):

Intake: (1.5 hr or 90 min.): individual $180; couple: $220
50 minute individual session: $150
90 minutes couple session: $180
