Here are some of our favorite pelvic floor-friendly essentials every new mom should have:
✨ A peri bottle (angled like Frida Mom for easier use).
✨ Stool softeners and a Squatty Potty for strain-free bathroom trips.
✨ Sitz baths, ice packs, Dermaplast, and witch hazel (hello, Tucks pads or Frida Mom foam!).
✨ A handheld shower for gentle rinsing.

These little helpers can make a big difference as your body recovers and restores after childbirth. 💪

Let’s be real: Finding time to work out as a mom feels like an Olympic event. 🍼

Before baby, I was hitting CrossFit 5 days a week. Now? I’m lucky to squeeze in ONE workout.

If I can’t do a “real” workout, it’s easy to feel like it doesn’t count. But I’m learning that something is always better than nothing. Most days, my fitness is a weighted baby walk—and I’m learning to embrace this season of life.

Here are 3 quick fitness hacks that have been saving me. Bonus: no gym, no extra time, and no babysitter!

✨ 1-Mile Run: In 9-10 minutes, I can clear my head, break a sweat, and grab some “me time.”
✨ 100 Burpees for Time: It’s tough but quick and leaves me feeling like a total boss.
✨ Weighted Baby Walks: Fresh air, bonding time, and cardio—all in one multitasking move.

Fitness looks so different now, but it’s not about perfection—it’s about showing up however I can. 💪

Postpartum bodies are incredible, but let’s be real—sometimes they come with surprises you didn’t expect. Leaks, pressure, and a weak core might be common, but they’re NOT normal, and you don’t have to live with them. 💕

✨ Leaking: Happens with sneezing or laughing? This can be fixed with pelvic PT.
✨ Heaviness or Pressure: Feeling like something’s “off” in your pelvis? This could be prolapse, and it’s treatable.
✨ Core Weakness: Struggling to feel strong or stable? You might have diastasis recti, and PT can help.

Here’s the bottom line: Common doesn’t mean normal. If these symptoms are holding you back, pelvic PT can help you recover fully and confidently.

✨ OB care focuses on: Healing tears or incisions, addressing medical concerns like infections or postpartum preeclampsia, and clearing you for activity at 6 weeks.
✨ Pelvic PT focuses on: Helping you rebuild pelvic floor and core strength, addressing leaks or pressure, and guiding you back to fitness, daily life, and the things you love.
