Shimul Hyder, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, is a compassionate psychedelic integration psychotherapist dedicated to guiding clients on transformative healing journeys. She creates a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where individuals can navigate challenges to find clarity, meaning, and deeper connection.
Combining mindfulness, somatic therapy, and ketamine-assisted therapy, Shimul addresses trauma and fosters transformation through evidence-based modalities—including EMDR, Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. By emphasizing early attachment, nervous system co-regulation, and the body-mind connection, she nurtures healing on multiple levels.
Holding a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Trauma and Spiritual/Depth Psychology, Shimul draws on her rich background as a South Asian American immigrant raised in five countries across four continents. This global perspective fuels her deep empathy, curiosity, and ability to connect with clients from all walks of life.
