Wed 3/18 2pm to 6:30pm and Fri 3/20 9am to 1pm.

Mon 3/23 to Mon 4/6/20 - on call, limited to urgent appointments only. Staff will be available via phone or email.

Dear Patients,

In response to the legal order to 'shelter in place' from Santa Clara County that was announced Monday afternoon, Blossom Valley Eyecare will limit its services to essential or urgent appointments until Tuesday April 7th, 2020. Our reduced staff will be available via email (info@healthyeyes.com) and phone (408-227-2020) to answer your questions.

Patients are encouraged to pick up their medical devices (glasses and contacts) during our limited office hours:
Wednesday 3/18 2pm to 6:30pm
Friday 3/20 9am to 1pm

Patients can order contacts by phone and have them shipped home.

For patients who have existing appointments from now until April 7th, please contact us to reschedule. We are trying our best to reschedule everyone in the next few days.
