This month we’re thinking a lot about . 🤎 Doing things to pour into ourselves is essential as we navigate the ups and downs of life…

But I want us to remember that self-love doesn’t have to mean being alone. 🫂

Sometimes, the most loving thing we can do for ourselves is to surround ourselves with sisters who *get* us. It’s allowing ourselves the space to receive just as much love as we give. 🤲🏽 It’s taking the time to laugh, share, and just be in community with other women who are on the path of healing and growing. 💫
