A new measles exposure involving a non-county resident has been identified at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (Terminal 4).

If you were at Terminal 4 on January 29 between 4:00–8:30 p.m., you may have been exposed and should watch for symptoms through February 19, 2026.

Measles is highly contagious, but vaccination offers strong protection. If symptoms develop, stay home and call a healthcare provider before seeking care.

According to the CDC flu season in Arizona typically begins in the fall, increases through the winter, and peaks between December and February, just like the national trend.

💉 Stay protected! We’ll be offering free flu shots for adults and children ages 6 months and older at our next monthly childhood immunization clinic.
