Nothing beats this heat like a cold, creamy treat — and this aquafaba “ice cream” is the perfect way to celebrate! 🇺🇸🌞 Ready in about 10 minutes, completely dairy-free, oil-free, and so refreshing.

All you need is a can of chickpeas (for the aquafaba), frozen strawberries, a squeeze of lemon, a splash of maple syrup, and a couple of kitchen tools — and you’re on your way to a dreamy, fluffy, plant-based ice cream!

This homemade wrap is inspired by the Hand Salads: Raw Vegan Wraps, Fillings & Sauces cookbook by Melisa Maris — and it’s absolutely packed with fresh, colorful veggies.
