Here are some simple tips to help you feel more relaxed and present:
1️⃣ Pause & Breathe: Take 3 deep breaths whenever you feel tension rising. It resets your nervous system and brings you back to the moment.
2️⃣ Move Your Body: Even a 5-minute walk around the house or gentle stretch can melt away stress and boost your mood.
3️⃣ Prioritize Sleep: We know this can be the most challenging! But keeping a consistent bedtime routine for yourself will go a long way.
