Any donations given during the offering time will be forwarded to the Wellness RX Charitable Trust, a 501c3 nonprofit, to be used for emergency home heating relief during the cold months (November - March) for mountaintop residents. Home heating relief will include items such as heating fuel, propane, firewood, electricity, or towards furnace repair or replacement. The maximum per recipient will be $200. Donations can be made out to Mountaintop Interfaith Community and mailed to PO Box 139, Tannersville, NY 12485.

Thank you to everyone who attended our Charitable Foundation Awards Ceremony at our Tannersville branch!

Organizations receiving grants at the Tannersville branch were the Catskill Mountain Foundation, Catskill Mountain Shakespeare, Catskill Mountains Junior Golf, The Community of Windham Foundation, Hunter Foundation, Huntersfield Christian Training Center, Kaaterskill United Methodist Church, Mountain Top Arboretum, Mountain Top Historical Society, Mountain Top Library, Tannersville Area Health Committee, Town of Hunter, and the Wellness Rx Charitable Trust.

Food drive! Bring your non perishables to Wellness Rx throughout the month of March to benefit 24 hour local free food pantry.

The Wellness Rx Charitable Trust is hosting a FOOD DRIVE for the Community Fridge of Hunter. We will have a box in the pharmacy to collect donations of non perishable food items, cooking items, and hygiene and baby products. If you want to drop of fresh or frozen goods, you can take them directly to the panty located behind the movie theater and firehouse in Hunter, located on Main Street, at the intersection of Bridge Street. It's a small garage with a big pink sign that says "Community Fridge of Hunter" and the entrance is located on the side. There is a fridge and freezer where you can donate perishable items.
Please share this drive! If you are a business owner willing to join in on the food drive, reach out to us and we will set up a collection box for you, and pick up the contents once a week for the month of March and take them to the panty! wellnessrxcharitabletrust@gmail.com
