This Memorial Day, we pause to honor the men and women who gave everything for our freedom.

We also want to take a moment to remember the silent ranks who served alongside them—the horses, mules, and dogs of the K9 Corps. From carrying heavy supplies across rugged terrain to detecting danger and providing comfort in the trenches, these animals have been an integral part of our history.

Their loyalty knew no bounds, and their strength was unmatched. Today, we remember all who served.
