“The Ultimate No-Maintenance Outdoor Plunge”

1) Live where the air hurts your face. If you can die from exposure, you’re in the right latitude.

2) Get a tub. Who cares from where. Make sure it’s not rusty or leaky. Fill with water.

3) Construct a cover to keep moose, deer, cougars, and crap from getting in.

4) District Thor with another derivative and repetitive movie roll, then steal Mjolnir. You’ll need it to breach the ice that your friends say is bad for you.

5) QUIT WORRYING ABOUT FILTERS AND FANCY CRAP AND HOP IN ❄️🥶.

Total Cost: Maybe $300. My tub was new. And I paid $20 for the hammer at a garage sale. Lumber was free. You could probably do far better.

If you live in an apartment or a warm climate, I totally get why you need chillers and filters etc. But a lot of you are using plans as excuses. Just fill a tub with cold water and ice and get in. 🙏🏽
