I’ve been helping people feel confident in their skin, and it’s truly my passion. I graduated from the Florida College of Natural Health in 2003 with an Associate in Science in Paramedical Skincare. My program included 1,200 hours of advanced training, which still guides everything I do today.

⭐️ Preparing for Your Hydrafacial ⭐️

Hydrafacials are a fantastic way to rejuvenate your skin, but proper preparation is key to achieving the best results. Before your appointment, follow these essential steps:

1️⃣ Avoid Direct Sun Exposure – Protect your skin by staying out of the sun and avoiding tanning for at least 48 hours before your treatment.

2️⃣ Discontinue Harsh Skincare Products – Stop using retinoids, exfoliants, and strong acids (like AHAs/BHAs) at least 3–5 days before your Hydrafacial to prevent irritation.

3️⃣ Stay Hydrated – Drinking plenty of water helps your skin stay plump and ready to absorb all the nourishing benefits of the treatment.

4️⃣ Skip Waxing or Laser Treatments – Avoid facial waxing, laser treatments, or other aggressive skin procedures for at least a week before your Hydrafacial.
