July 22 2024 was the left picture. 10/22/24 is the right picture taken today. 3 months of work and we hit the goal of sub 20% BF(body fat) on The12 inbody (this machine reads high compared to other tests but we used it throughout). 146.9 to 132.5 in 3 months with no drugs and very little supplements. This is why I became a trainer. People who are honest with what they consume and show up to work get amazing results. We don’t exercise, we train!!! hold your head up proud, you crushed your goal!!

Top 5 Quick and Practical Fat Loss Tricks (We follow ourselves)

1. Eat similar foods at similar times daily.
Not that you can’t make variations and it doesn’t need to be chicken and broccoli for every meal. Our bodies like routine and need nourishment. Eating the same things around the same time is a big part of what’s kept us and our clients maintaining their weight loss. It also avoids the arduous task of trying to figure out WHAT to eat.
2. Drink low or zero calorie beverages.
We rarely drink our calories. There are so many amazing options now for low or no calorie beverages, you truly don’t need to feel deprived and aren’t missing anything.
3. Avoid invisible calories (cheese, mayo, dressings, etc.)
If you can’t taste the difference without the high calorie cheese or Mayo you won’t miss it when it’s gone. We promise. It doesn’t add much to the overall flavor of the dish and can be an easy way to keep calories lower
4. Have protein with every meal
Make this the absolute cornerstone of the meal. If you struggle to feel full try eating your protein first and fill up on this before going for other foods on your plate.
5. Limit/eliminate alcohol intake
A shot of tequila is 70 calories.
An 8 oz. Glass of wine is around 200 calories.
Consuming this in large quantities can increase your calorie intake and can have negative effects on your training.

Overall these are just tips we have found to work for us and know to be successful through our own fitness journeys. This isn’t an all encompassing list. Just some quick tips we follow as we navigate keeping and maintaining weight loss.

Client spotlight. Stephen Murray has achieved the best shape of his life in the last 4 months. He started at over 20% bf with 80lbs of skeletal muscle mass. He is now at 94.8lbs of SMM and 14% bf….at 48 years old. No cardio done at all. All diet and resistance training. Let me show you how to get more doing less.
